Papermaking plants generally have high water consumption and heavy pollution,and the requirements for effluent discharge have been further improved since the latest environmental protection law was promulgated. Through the operation in upstream pulping and papermaking workshops and combing the use of chemicals,the types of abnormal discharge in the upstream and the impact on the effluent treatment were listed,which provide a guidance for the normal and stable operation of effluent treatment.
