摘要
本文依据标准灯的特定要求,研制了一种基于LED灯丝灯的总光通量标准灯。这种灯的预热时间为5~9 min,而其他种类LED的预热时间至少为30 min;量值短期重复性优于0.1%;连续点燃35 h的光通量变化小于0.16%,连续点燃6 045 h光通量的变化小于2.3%,光衰率约为白炽灯灯的1/30;对LED灯丝标准灯进行了长期稳定性考察,在历时10个月的多次测量中光通量变化小于0.3%;此外LED灯丝灯比白炽灯更耐震动。这种LED灯丝标准灯的主要特性优于JJG 247—2008《总光通量标准白炽灯检定规程》中对白炽标准灯的要求,在CCPR和CIE建立基于LED光度单位量值传递体系中,有望成为替代白炽标准灯的主要灯种。
According to the performance requirements of standard lamp,a kind of LED filament standard lamp has been developed. This kind of LED lamp has a shorter warm-up time about 5 ~ 9 min,but the other LED lamps need 30 min at least. The short-term stability of luminous flux is less than 0. 10%,and the relative fluctuation of luminous flux is less than 0. 16% during 35-hours uninterrupted burning. The maximum descent of luminous flux is 2. 3% after 6 045 h burning,which is one-thirtieth of incandescent standard lamp. The long-term stability has been investigated,the relative fluctuation of luminous flux is less than 0. 3% during the 10-month measurement,it is also insensitive to shock. The main characteristics of this LED filament lamp are superior to the criteria for incandescent lamp on JJG 247—2008 Calibration Specification for Incandescent Bulb. It should be a candidate of luminous flux standard lamp in "Future photometry based on solid-state lighting products" progrom of CCPR and CIE.
