摘要 提出了一种远程荧光粉涂覆一体化光源封装技术。从荧光粉散射理论分析了LED远程荧光粉涂覆角色温不均匀的原因,利用边缘光线理论设计了一符合从荧光粉激发出的黄光光强分布的自由曲面反射器结构。模拟和实验结果表示这种反射器结构相比普通反射器增加了光效且改善了角色温均匀性,此外我们基于此反射器做了色温6000 K的一体化光源,其光效能达到110 lm/W。 A packaging technique of the integrated light source based on remote phosphor is proposed. We design a freeform reflector for the yellow light emitted from the phosphor based on the edge rays' theory through analyzing the cause of the color angular non-uniformity of LED 's remote phosphor technology.Simulation and the experimental measurements show that the LED samples with free form reflector can improve the lumen efficiency and achieves smaller correlated color temperature deviation than the ordinary ones. Besides,we made an integrated light source whose color temperature is 6 000 K based on the remote phosphor and the freeform reflector. It can achieve as high light efficiency as 110 lm/W.
