摘要
色差问题在LED照明行业一直存在,如何科学合理地解决色差检测问题,是考验灯具企业品质控制能力的一大难题。本文研究了一种LED灯具在线检测系统,对LED灯具成品的光学和电学参数进行测试,通过一系列的数据收集和分析,制定了一套科学可行的内部检测标准,实现了根据光色差异对LED灯具进行快速分类。
Color difference is an inevitable issue in LED lamp industry,how to properly detect the color difference is also a difficult problem for LED lamp manufacturer ＇s quality control. In this study,we proposed a realizable LED lamp online detection system to test chromatic and electronic parameters and made a practicable inner detection standard by gathering and analyzing the test data,the LED lamp can be rapid classified base on color difference by using this system.
