中文版肺癌患者病耻感量表的心理测量学评价

Psychometric evaluation of the Chinese version of the Cataldo Lung Cancer Stigma Scale(CLCSS)

目的评价Cataldo肺癌患者病耻感量表(CLCSS)中文版的心理测量学特征。方法采用方便抽样,在北京市某三级甲等医院及部分抗癌团体中抽取肺癌患者775例,并使用中文版CLCSS施测。结果内容效度中全体一致性S-CVI为0.87,均值S-CVI为0.96。探索性因子分析结果显示共有4个主成分,方差累计贡献率为55.248%。验证性因子分析结果显示所有指标均在适配标准范围内。重测信度系数ICC(组内相关系数)值为0.801(P<0.01)。总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.932,各因子Cronbach'sα系数为0.799~0.922。结论中文版CLCSS具有良好的信效度,可应用于肺癌患者。

Objective To evaluate the psychometric characteristics of the Chinese version of Cataldo Lung Can eer Stigma Scale （CLCSS）. Methods Convenience sampling was used to recruit 775 lung cancer patients in a tertiary hospital and some anticancer groups in Beijing,and the Chinese version of CLCSS was used to perform measurement. Results The S-CVUUA was 0.87,and S-CVI/Ave was 0.96. Construct validity consisted of EFA and CFA. Through EFA,the Chinese version of CLCSS included four dimensions which accounted for 55.248% of the accumulated variance. Through CFA,all the indicators were in adaptation standard range. The test-retest reliability for the Chinese version of CLCSS was 0.801（P〈0.01）. Cronhaeh＇s α coefficient was 0.932,and Cronbach＇s α eoeffi-cients for four dimensions ranged from 0.799 to 0.922. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CLCSS are satisfactory and the Chinese version of CLCSS can be used among Chinese lung cancer patients.
