摘要
为减少油烟废气中油脂对油烟机内腔、风机和末端净化设备的污染,设计了一种动态旋转滤网,通过增大油滴与滤网物理碰撞概率,有效地拦截油烟废气中的细颗粒物。实验探索了滤网的孔径(目数)和转速对油脂分离度和颗粒物截留情况的影响。研究结果表明,较大的滤网转速和目数均有利于油滴的去除,当转速为1 300 r·min^(-1),目数为24目时,整机油脂分离度达96.5%,并对PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、PM_1等细颗粒物均有明显的去除效果。总体而言,动态旋转滤网能有效分离油烟中的油脂和细颗粒物,真正做到"免拆洗"。这一技术有望在烹饪油烟的治理方面获得广泛应用。
In this work, a series of dynamic rotary filters were studied for the interception of fine particles in range hood. The new-designed filters were able to effectively remove fine particles by increasing physical collision probability which achieved the purpose of reducing the pollution of grease in cooking fume to cavity, fan and ter- minal purification equipment. Two important variables of bore diameter (mesh) and rotate speed were investiga- ted on grease separation and fine particles interception. The results showed that the filter with high rotate speed and mesh was in favor for the grease separation. Grease separation reached 96.5% with 1 300 r ·min^-1 and 24 mesh filter, and obvious removal effect could be observed for PM10, PM25 , PM1. Because of the effective sepa- ration of grease and fine particles, the dynamic rotary filter is expected to be widely used in the cooking fume treatment.
