江苏民办高校学生健康素养状况及相关影响因素分析

Jiangsu Private University Student Health Literacy Status and Related Influencing Factors

目的 了解江苏民办高校大学生健康素养水平和相关影响因素,为进一步开展大学生健康素养研究提供科学依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取江苏民办高校本科阶段的1 560名学生,通过问卷进行健康素养状况调查,分析其相关影响因素。结果 江苏民办高校大学生健康素养具备率为10.7%,健康基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能等素养具备率分别为27.5%、18.1%和38.6%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,大学生健康素养得分影响因素为性别、年龄、生源地区、学校类型等。结论 江苏民办高校大学生健康素养整体水平一般,不同地域高校差异明显,应注重大学生健康生活方式与行为的引导,采取必要的健康教育干预,以提高大学生健康素养水平。

Objective To understand health literacy levels and related factors of college students in Jiangsu private university,and provide a scientific basis for the further development of health literacy of college students.Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted,choosing 1 560 undergraduate students in Jiangsu Private University,and the questionnaire of health literacy was used to analyze the related factors. Results Health literacy rate of Jiangsu private college students was 10. 7%,the basic knowledge and concepts of health,healthy lifestyles and behavior,health literacy skills rates were 27. 5%,18. 1% and 38. 6% respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that students' health literacy score factors were age,region,the average monthly family income,type of school and so on. Conclusion The overall level of health literacy Jiangsu private college students was ordinary in general,colleges and universities in different regions had obvious differences. We should guide students to focus on their healthy lifestyles and behavior, take necessary health education interventions to improve health literacy level of university students.
