农业硕士学位研究生的培养现状与改革方向探析

Developing Status of Agricultural Professional Master in Culture Field and Its Reform in Improving Education Quality

当前我国农业硕士研究生教育进入了改革阶段,更加突出研究生创新和实践能力的培养。因需、因人施教,构建适应农业硕士学位研究生特点的培养体系任重而道远。该文分析了目前农业硕士的培养现状,总结了自身指导研究生过程中存在的问题,提出精准定位农业硕士研究生培养目标、灵活实施修学年限、加强课程建设、优化和加强师资队伍、改革培养模式、完善考核和激励措施、转变基地建设思路等改革措施,为提高农业硕士培养质量,满足现代农业发展需求提供改革思路。

At present, education of agricultural professional master has been reformed, and innovation and practical abilities become more and more important.According to needs of modern agriculture development and personal situation to build the school education system of agricultural professional master has become urgent. This paper analyzed the developing status of agricultural professional master in culture field and the problems existing in the process of guiding the graduate students, pointed that it should put forward the goal of education of agricultural professional master, carry out the flexible study period, strengthen the curriculum construction, optimize and strengthen the teaching staff, reform the training mode and perfect assessment and incentive measures, change ideas of the base construction to improve the quality of education of agricultural professional master to meet the needs of modern agriculture development and so on.
