摘要
为提高教学质量水平,培养大学生的动手实践能力和创新能力,该文以"卓越工程师培养计划"为契机,根据《畜产品加工学》的学科特点及教学与实践现状,对其教学内容体系、教学方法、教师工程能力、实践教学内容与模式及考核体系等方面进行了探索,开展了《畜产品加工学》课程教学的改革与实践。
In order to improve the quality of teaching, cultivate students" practice ability and innovation ability, with outstanding engineers training plan as an opportunity, based on the characteristics of livestock products processing and the present situation about teaching and practice of our department, the teaching content system, teaching methods, teachers' engineering ability, practice teaching content and mode and evaluation system and so on, has carried on the exploration, and carried out the teaching reform and practice of the course of livestock products processing.
