核苷酸结合寡聚域在宫颈癌发病机制中的作用

摘要 目的探讨核苷酸结合寡聚域1(NOD1)在宫颈癌发病机制中的作用。方法免疫组化法检测107例宫颈癌、50例宫颈上皮内瘤变、50例慢性宫颈炎组织NOD1的表达。结果与慢性宫颈炎组比较,宫颈癌组NOD1的阳性率和阳性表达强度均显著增高[91.59%比62.00%,P<0.01;(0.18±0.05)比(0.16±0.04),P<0.05];宫颈癌组NOD1阳性率显著高于宫颈上皮内瘤变组(91.59%比76.00%,P<0.05),但两组间NOD1的阳性表达强度差异无统计学意义[(0.18±0.05)比(0.18±0.04),P>0.05]。宫颈癌组中,淋巴结转移者NOD1阳性率和阳性表达强度与无淋巴结转移者比较差异无统计学意义[94.44%比84.21%,P>0.05;(0.18±0.05)比(0.19±0.05),P>0.05]。结论 NOD1在宫颈癌组织中表达增强,可能与宫颈癌的发病机制相关,但与淋巴结转移无密切关系。 Objective To investigate the potential roles of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain 1 (NOD1)in the pathogenesis of the cervical cancer. Methods Tissues from 107 patients with cervical cancer, 50 cases of cervi- cal intraepithelial neoplasia and 50 cases of chronic cervicitis were obtained, then were examined with immunohisto- chemistryto determine the expression of NOD1 protein in them. Results The positiverate and expression levels of NOD1 in cervical cancer group were significantly higher than that in chronic cervicitis group (91.59% vs 62.00%, P〈0.01; 0.18±0.05 vs 0.16±0.04 optical density, P〈0.05).The positiverate of NOD1 in cervical cancer group were significantly higher than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group (91.59% vs 76.00%, P〈0.05), while there was no significant difference in NOD1 levels between the two groups (0.18±0.05 vs 0.15±0.04 optical density, P〉 0.05). In cervical cancer group, no significant difference in the positiverate and expression levels of NOD1 was found between the tissuewith lymph node metastasis and those without lymph node metastasis (94.44% vs 84.21%; 0.18±0.05 vs 0.19±0.05 optical density, both P〉0.05). Conclusion Expression of NOD1 in cervical cancer were increased. This may be correlated with the pathogenesis of cervical cancer, but not related closely with lymph nodesmetastasis.
