高产 抗病芝麻新品种冀航芝4号的选育及适应性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了改良现有芝麻品种的丰产性和抗病性,以早熟、优质白芝麻品种冀芝1号纯合体为亲本,利用航天诱变育种技术,采用系统选育方法进行芝麻新品种选育,最终选育出高产、抗病芝麻新品种冀航芝4号。该品种籽粒粗脂肪含量为54.25%、蛋白质含量为22.83%,均达到优质标准;茎点枯病和枯萎病的发病率均低于对照品种冀黑芝2号,抗病性较高;2013~2014年参加全国(北方片)芝麻区域试验,平均产量为1 256.40 kg/hm^2,较对照冀黑芝2号增产9.55%;2015年参加全国(北方片)芝麻品种生产试验,9个试点全部增产,平均产量为1 285.20 kg/hm^2,较对照冀航芝1号增产13.20%。该品种稳产性好、适应性强,2015年12月通过全国芝麻品种鉴定委员会鉴定(编号:国品鉴芝麻2016003号)。 In order to improve the yield and disease resistance of existing sesame varieties, taken early maturity, high oil white sesame variety Jizhi No.1 as female parents, the use of space mutagenesis techniques, the ground systematic selection is used to breeding the sesame varieties. The results showed that the average yield of Jihangzhi No.4 was 1 256.40 kg/hm^2 in national regional tests from 2013 to 2014, which increased by 9.55% than Jiheizhi No.2. The yield increased in 100% of the experimental spots. The average yield was 1 285.20 kg/hm^2, which was 13.20% higher than Jihangzhi No.1. The average content of crude fat and crude protein was 54.25% and 22.83%. The disease index of blight disease was 6.75,the disease index of stem rot disease was 3.75,resistance is stronger than the control variety Jiheizhi No.2. Using AMMI model to analyze the yield stability and adaptability of this variety in regional test has showed that Jihangzhi No.4 had stable yield and wide adaptability. It was approved by National Sesame Varieties Identification Committee in December 2015.
