复发性流产是妇产科和生殖科常见的问题,其病因复杂多样,其中有40%~50%属于原因不明复发性流产(URSA)。因病因不明确,给患者带来了身体和心理的伤害,是导致继发性不孕症的重要因素。关于URSA的治疗是现阶段的热点和难点,目前针对URSA的治疗有多种方法,本文对URSA的治疗进行综述。

Recurrent spontaneous abortion was the normal promble of the obstetrics and gynecology,it＇s pathogensis was complicated and various,between forty percent and fifty percent was unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Bea- cuse the cause was not clear,the patients suffered great physical and psychological harm,then it became the main factor of secondary infertility.About the treatment of URSA was the hotspot and difficulty in the present stage for the treatment of URSA has a variety of methods, this paper summarized the progress on treatment of URSA.
