摘要
目的评价改良负压封闭引流术辅助治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染的效果。方法选择2010年1月~2017年1月于我院就诊的82例口腔颌面部间隙感染患者,随机分为改良组(41例)和常规组(41例),分别在基础治疗的基础上采用自制改良负压封闭引流术和常规单管负压封闭引流术,比较两组患者的临床疗效,拔管时间、伤口愈合时间、肉芽组织生长时间、抗生素应用天数,相关并发症、住院时间和住院费用。结果改良组患者的治疗总有效率为97.56%,显著高于常规组的80.49%(P<0.05);改良组的拔管时间、伤口愈合时间、肉芽组织生长时间和抗生素应用天数均明显短于常规组(P<0.05),常规组患者的的并发症发生率、住院费用明显高于改良组,住院时间明显长于改良组(P<0.05)。结论改良负压封闭引流术辅助治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染可以显著提高临床效果,明显缩短拔管时间、伤口愈合时间、肉芽组织生长时间和抗生素应用天数,具有较低的并发症发生率和较短的住院时间,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of improved vacuum sealing drainage in adjuvant treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection.Methods From January 2010 to January 2017,82 patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection treated in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the improved group (41cases) and conventional group (41 cases ) and the two groups was given the self-control improved vacuum sealing drainage and conventional single tube vacuum sealing drainage on the basis of basic treatment.The clinical efficacy,extubatioo time, wound healing time,granulation tissue growth time,the days of antibiotic use,the related complications,hospitalization days,and hospital charges in patients between two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in improved group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than those in conventional group (80.49%) (P〈O.05).The extubation time,wound healing time,granulation tissue growth time,the days of antibiotic use in the improved group were shorter than those of the conventional group (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of complications,hospital charges in the conventional group were obviously higher than those of the improved group,hospitalization days was was obviously longer than those of the improved group (P〈O.OS).Conclusion Improved vacuum sealing drainage in adjuvant treatment of oral and max- illofacial space infection can obviously improve the clinical effect,and obviously shorten the hospitalization days,wound healing time,granulation tissue growth time,the days of antibiotic use with lower incidence rate of complications and hospitalization days,and it is worthy of promotion.
