盐酸舍曲林片治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablet in the treatment of post-stroke depression

目的探讨盐酸舍曲林片治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月~2016年2月在我院就诊的105例脑卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法将入选患者分为研究组(52例)和对照组(53例)。两组均给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予盐酸舍曲林片进行治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。比较两组的总有效率、HAMD评分、SSS评分。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后4周、治疗后8周的HAMD、SSS评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后4周、治疗后8周的HAMD、SSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后抑郁患者给予盐酸舍曲林片治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者的抑郁状态,使神经功能提高,建议临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablet in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods 105 cases of post-stroke depression from May 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as the objects of study,which were divided into the study group （52 cases） and the control group （53 cases） according to the method of treatment.Patients of the two groups were given conventional treatment,on the basis of conven- tional treatment,the study group was given Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablet.All patients were treated for 8 consecutive weeks.The total effective rate,HAMD score,SSS score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The score of HAMD,SSS of the two groups after treatment 4 weeks,8 weeks was significant lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.O5）.The score of HAMD,SSS of the study group after treatment 4 weeks,8 weeks was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The ef- fect of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablet in the treatmeng of post-stroke depression patients is significant,which can effectively improve the patient＇s depression,and improve nerve function,it is recommended clinical use.
