摘要
针对废润滑油再生回收率低和废弃物多的问题,提出了应以加氢再生为主流工艺;通过对比分析国外KLEEN、KTI、HYLUBE、REVIVOIL和PROP等装置的运行经验和国内新瑞公司、科林公司以及其他研究者的成果,得结论:废润滑油加氢再生的突破点在于预处理工艺和加氢催化剂的研究,但鉴于催化剂本身结构和组成的限制,加氢再生工艺今后的研究重点应在于预处理工艺;通过建立高效的检测和筛分技术,能够将废润滑油分类送往适合的加氢再生工艺装置,将会极大的促进废润滑油再生行业的发展。
For the low recovery rate of waste lubricating oil and the problem of waste, the process of hydrogen regeneration will be the main technology in the future. Comparison of operational experience of KLEEN, KTI, HYLUBE, REVIVOIL, PROP and study of other researchers can draw the following conclusions: The breakthrough of the hydrogen regeneration of waste lubricating oil is the pretreatment process and hydrogenation catalyst, however, in view of the limitation of the structure and composition of catalysts, the key point of hydrogenation should be the pretreatment process. In addition, the efficient detection and screening technology can be used to classify the waste lubricating oil, thus raw material can be transported to suitable hydrogen regeneration process equipment, it will greatly promote the development of waste lubricating oil recycling industry.
