介绍了电阻式和霍尔式电压传感器的工作原理,并根据它们的工作特性设计了一种能检测电阻式和霍尔式两种不同类型的电压传感器检测系统。详细介绍了电压传感器检测系统的硬件电路和软件程序设计。其硬件电路由温度采集电路、AD(模数)采集电路、时钟模块设定电路、键盘设置电路、电机转速控制电路以及加热丝控制电路组成。在软件设计方面,单片机将采集的电压信号经过模数转换和比较运算后传输至PC机,最终实时显示曲线图和后台记录电压信号的功能。
The working principles of resistive sensor and Hall voltage sensor are introduced. According to their characteristics, a voltage sensor detection system that can test both the resistive sensor and Hall sensor is designed, the hardware circuit and software design of this system are described in detail. The hardware circuit consists of tem- perature data acquisition circuit, AD data acquisition cir- cuit, clock set circuit, keyboard settings, motor speed control circuit and heating wire control circuit, while in the soft- ware design, the monolithic voltage signals are transferred to PC machine after analog-to-digital conversion and com- parison calculation, finally to display the real-time curve graphs and back-office functions of voltage signal.
