摘要
根据《建筑地面设计规范》,底层地面的基本构造层宜为面层、垫层和地基。地铁车辆段库内地面型式多样,面层以下的基层做法基本相同,地面做法的主要区别在于面层做法的不同。车辆段内常见地面做法主要有环氧自流平地面、喷绘彩砂地面、金属骨料耐磨地面和水磨石地面。指出了各类地面的常见质量问题,对各类地面使用情况进行了详细的对比分析,并结合工艺专业使用需求给出了库内地面做法的推荐意见。
According to the ＂Specification for Design of Building Ground＂, the underlying basic structural layer consists of surface course, cushion and foundation. The shop ground in metro depot has many types, but the grass- roots under the surface course is basically the same. The main difference of ground construction lies in the types of surface course, such as the epoxy self-leveling floor, print color sand ground, metal aggregate floor and terrazzo floor. By analyzing the common quality problems in ground con- struction and comparing all kinds of shop ground, proper selection of shop groud is recommended combined with floor processing features.
