Based on the case and data, this paperstudiesthe present situation and problems of teachers＇ response behaviors in the current collective education.Based on the analysis of related factors, this paper also puts forward reasonable suggestions in order to improve the teachers＇ strategic levels in collective education activities and promote the common development of teachers and children.
