Factors Influencing the Level and Clearance of Blood Lactic Acid in Postoperative Patients

目的探讨影响术后患者血乳酸水平及清除的因素。方法收集乳酸正常204例,乳酸升高254例。结果影响乳酸的主要因素:低血压时间,APACHEⅡ评分,手术部位。低血压时间影响最大。影响乳酸清除的主要因素:APACHEⅡ评分,手术部位。心外科手术影响最大。结论低血压时间对乳酸影响最大。心外科手术对乳酸清除影响最大。

ABSTRACT Objective To explore the factors influencing the level and clearance of blood lactic acid in postopera- tive patients. Methods 204 cases with normal level of blood lactic acid and 254 cases with increased level of blood lactic acid were selected and the clinical data were collected. Results The main factors influencing the level of blood lactic acid were hypotension lasting time, APACHE II scores and the operation site, hypotension lasting time was of the greatest influence ; the main factors influencing the clearance of blood lactic acid were APACHE II scores and operation site, cardiac operation was of the greatest influence. Conclusions Hypotension lasting time is of the greatest influence on blood lactic acid while cardiac operation on the clearance.
