A Research on the Role and Mode of Library's Participation in Academic Digital Publishing

本文分析了现阶段数字出版中存在的主要问题,在此基础上阐明图书馆参与学术数字出版的作用;并借鉴相关案例,探讨图书馆参与学术数字出版的角色与模式,包括经费转移的开放出版模式、国家许可证制度下的开放存取仓储和学术资源自助出版联盟等模式,以期为图书馆参与学术数字出版提供参考。

This article discusses the main problems in the current stage of digital publishing, based on which it expounds the role of library in the academic digital publishing, and discusses the role and mode of the library while participating in the academic digital publishing by drawing lessons from relevant cases. Studies suggest that there are 3 modes while the library is participating in academic digital publishing： financial supporters to participate in the open-access publishing which is based on the subscription funds transfer to the publication funds; a specific non-profit information organization to establish open-access repositories under the national licensing system; self-publishing alliance by cooperating with technology providers.
