Guarantee Mechanism of Public Library Reading Promotion under Internet Plus Environment

基于文献调研和网络调研,对"互联网+"环境下公共图书馆阅读推广主要类型加以归纳总结,分析了公共图书馆阅读推广过程中所涉及的关键要素及其关系,最后从阅读推广的信息资源、阅读推广的规范化和法制化、阅读推广的跨界融合、阅读推广的评价体系、阅读推广的技术保障、阅读推广人6个方面,探讨了"互联网+"环境下公共图书馆阅读推广的保障机制。

Based on literature survey and network survey, this article sums up the main types of public library reading promotion under Internet Plus environment, and analyzes the key elements of public library reading promotion process and their relationship. In the end, it discusses the guarantee mechanism of public library reading promotion under Internet Plus environment from the aspects of information resources, standardization and legalization, cross-border integration, evaluation system, technical support and reading promoter.
