旧工业区更新的城市设计研究——以德国杜伊斯堡内港为例

Study on Urban Design of Old Industrial Areas Renewal:A Case of Duisburg Harbor

从城市设计的角度出发,对德国杜伊斯堡市内港成功的旧工业区更新实践进行研究,通过对其城市设计中空间形态、功能、交通、环境、公共空间、建筑方面更新措施的阐述,归纳出其城市设计更新的经验:保持空间形态完整;功能规划混合多样;构建绿色可持续的环境;完善公共交通系统,倡导绿色交通;延续原有建筑文脉;设计人性化的公共空间.

From the perspective of urban design, the successful update practice of old industrial region in Duisburg Inner Harbor is researched in this thesis. Through the discussion of its updated measures on spatial form, function, traffic, environment, public space and building in urban design, then the experiences of urban design and update are concluded, such as keeping space form complete, keeping functional planning mixed and multiple, establishing green and sustainable environment, perfecting public transit system, advo- cating green traffic, continuing the original architectural context, designing humanity public space.
