胆管损伤后的胆管重建在临床应用中仍然是一道难题。随着近年来大量自体组织修复胆管的研究和尝试,游离自体组织、带血管蒂的自体组织等在临床应用上也取得了极大进展。随着组织工程学与高分子材料的飞速发展,胆管损伤修复材料的研究也越来越多。现针对胆管损伤后进行修复过程中所采用的组织作一概述。
