摘要
详细介绍超大隔距经编间隔柔性复合材料的制备过程,测试复合材料内部在不同气压下的压缩性能。通过分析试验数据和复合材料的破坏过程,讨论不同气压下复合材料压缩性能的变化规律,分析影响复合材料压缩性能的因素。结果表明:超大隔距经编间隔柔性复合材料的压缩性能与其充入的气压有关,且随着气压强度的增加,其抗压能力和缓冲作用增强。
The process of preparation of high-gauge warp knitted spacer flexible composites was introduced. The compressive properties of the composites under different air pressures were tested. Through analyzing the experimental data and the failure process of the composites, the changing rule of the compressive properties of the composites under different pressures was discussed, and the factors influencing on the compressive properties of the composites were analyzed. The results showed that the compressive properties of the high-gauge warp knitted spacer flexible composites were relative to the filled air pressure, and the anti-compressive ability and the cushioning property of the composites enhanced with the increasing air pressure.
