摘要 通过配置3种不同成分的溶液制备3种排气膜,测试排气膜的透气性、阻水性和接触角等性能。结果发现:N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和N-甲基吡洛烷酮(NMP)对所得排气膜的透气性和阻水性有不同的影响。由DMAC和NMP配置的溶液制得排气膜的阻水性优良,但透气性较差;由DMF配置的溶液制得排气膜的透气性相当高,但阻水性大大下降。 Three kinds of exhaust membranes were obtained by using three solutions made of different ingredients to measure their properties, such as the gas permeability, the water retardanee and the contact angle, etc. It was found that DMAC, DMF and NMP had different influences on the gas permeability and the water retardanee of exhaust membranes. The exhaust membrane which was prepared by using the solution made of DMAC and NMP had excellent water retardanee and low gas permeability, while the exhaust membrane prepared by using the solution made of DMF had higher gas permeability and lower water retardanee.
