化疗联合培正散结通膈汤治疗中晚期食管癌临床研究

Clinical Study of Chemotherapy Combined with Peizheng Sanjie Tongge Decoction in Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的:观察化疗配合培正散结通膈汤治疗中晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法:选取中晚期食管癌患者54例,随机分治疗组27例,对照组27例。对照组予以GP方案化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服培正散结通膈汤,6个疗程后观察两组临床疗效、吞咽困难缓解情况,评价不良反应。结果:治疗后治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组吞咽困难缓解率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化疗联合培正散结通膈汤治疗中晚期食管癌临床疗效显著,可降低化疗引起的不良反应,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy combined with Peizheng Sanjie Tongge Decoction in treatment of advanced Esophageal cancer.Methods：Fifty-four patients with advanced Esophageal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group（n=27）and control group（n=27）.The control group was treated with chemotherapy according to GP regimen.The treatment group was treated with Peizheng Sanjie Tongge Decoction in addition to that of the control group.After 6 courses of treatment,the clinical curative efficacy,the remission effects of dysphagia were observed and the adverse reactions of both groups were evaluated.Conclusion：The clinical curative efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The remission rate of dysphagia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chemotherapy combined with Peizheng Sanjie Tongge Decoction can significantly reduce the adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced Esophageal cancer.
