Analysis of Hyperthyroidism (Graves Disease) Symptoms After Clinical Recovery

目的:通过对Graves病临床痊愈后遗留症状的调查,分析各种症状与因素之间的关系,探讨中医证型与相关因素之间的关系。方法:所有入组病例均从患者停药时开始算起,统计停药时、停药3个月、停药6个月时的各种症状、甲状腺功能、肝功能、甲状腺抗体、甲状腺肿大程度、突眼等,停药中途复发者除外。分析Graves病患者临床痊愈停药时以及停药3个月、6个月时各种症状与患者年龄、性别、妊娠、摄入碘、病程、治疗的依从性、复发历史、复发原因、合并并发症情况、疗程、甲状腺肿大程度、甲状腺激素水平、甲状腺抗体水平、甲状腺激素水平之间的关系,以及各种症状的中医证型分布与甲状腺功能亢进症复发诱因、患者体质之间的关系。结果:Graves病患者临床痊愈后遗留症状以失眠、烦躁易怒、多汗、乏力等多见,中医证型以心肝火旺型居多,各种症状及证型与情志等因素关系密切。结论:通过对Graves病痊愈后遗留症状与中医证型相关因素的分析,为中医药治疗该病提供了理论基础。

Objective ： By investigating the symptoms of Hyperthyroidism （ Graves Disease） after clinical recovery to explore the re- lationship between the symptoms and the related factors as well as that of the TCM syndromes and the related factors. Methods ： Da- ta of symptoms of all the patients were collected at the time of drug withdrawal, at the time of drug withdrawal for 3 months, as well as for 6 months. Besides, data of patients＇ thyroid function, liver function, thyroid antibodies, goiter degree, exophthalmos, etc. were also collected except for the relapse cases during the drug withdrawal. The data of patients about age, sex, pregnancy, intake of io- dine, course of disease, treatment compliance, recurrence history, relapse, and complication were analyzed and the relationship be- tween the distribution of TCM syndromes of various symptoms and the causes of recurrence of Hyperthyroidism and that between TCM syndromes and patients＇ constitution. Results ：The common clinical symptoms of patients with Graves disease after the recov- ery are insomnia,irritability, sweating and fatigue and the main TCM syndromes are Excessive Heart and Liver Fire Syndrome. There is a close relationship between a variety of symptoms or syndromes and the emotional conditions of the patients. Conclusion ： Based on the analysis of the relationship between the symptoms, the TCM syndromes and the related factors after the clinical recov- ery of Graves disease, the theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease is provided.
