益气化浊胶囊对2型糖尿病患者瘦素的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨益气化浊胶囊对2型糖尿病患者血脂、血清瘦素的影响。方法 70例符合纳入标准的2型糖尿病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各35例。对照组在饮食、运动控制基础上口服盐酸吡格列酮片,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服益气化浊胶囊。3个月后比较两组患者空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、瘦素的变化。结果两组治疗后FPG、HOMA-IR、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均下降,瘦素水平下降,且观察组优于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论益气化浊胶囊能够降低2型糖尿病患者血糖及血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗,考虑其作用机制可能与其影响瘦素水平,进而改善血脂代谢有关。
