三联疗法治疗运动神经元病20例

Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Motor Neuron Disease for 20 Cases

目的探讨运动神经元病的临床特点及三联疗法效果。方法分析运动神经元病20例的一般状况、临床表现、既往史以及实验室检查。结果运动神经元病以肌无力、肌肉萎缩、肌肉跳动为首发症状,累及部位以颈髓、腰髓、上肢为主。四肢肌电图检查:广泛神经源性损害18例(90%),胸锁乳突肌肌电图检查:神经源性损害10例(50%)。肌萎缩侧索硬化是运动神经元病的最常见类型,运动神经元病可合并其他变性病,也可合并脑血管病,以对症治疗为主,不同的临床类型预后不同。结论对于四肢起病为首发症状运动神经元病,针灸、中药、穴位注射可提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of motor neuron disease and the therapeutic effect of triple therapy. Methods The general conditions,clinical features,past history and laboratory tests of 20 cases of patients with motor neuron disease were analyzed.Results The initial symptoms of motor neuron disease were muscle weakness,muscle atrophy,muscle twitching symptoms,involving parts of the cervical spinal cord,spinal cord. Electromyography examination： 18 cases（ 90%） were extensive neurogenic lesions,and 10 cases were sternocleidomastoid muscle EMG neurogenic damage（ 50%）. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis was the most common type of motor neuron disease,and motor neuron disease can be combined with other degenerative diseases,but also can be combined with cerebrovascular disease,symptomatic treatment and different clinical types of different prognosis. Conclusion For the onset of limb initial symptoms of motor neuron disease,acupuncture,Chinese medicine and point injection can improve the quality of life of patients.
