中医四期疗法合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study on TCM Four-stage Therapy Combined with Diane-35 in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨中医四期疗法结合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法将78例多囊卵巢综合征患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组39例,采用中医四期疗法即经后期、经间期、经前期及行经期服用不同药物加西药达英-35治疗,对照组39例,单纯采用达英-35治疗。两组均以3个月经周期为一个疗程,一个疗程后观察两组临床疗效,中医症候总积分及改善率,BBT情况、排卵情况等,测定血清FSH、LH、T等指标变化情况。结果一个疗程后,两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、中医症候总积分及改善率,BBT情况及血清FSH、LH、T等指标均有显著性变化,且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医四期疗法可有效改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床症状,帮助患者恢复月经周期、促进排卵及妊娠,为临床治疗提供思路与方法,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM four-stage therapy combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 78 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 39 cases used traditional Chinese medicine four-stage therapy taking different medicines and Western medicine Diane-35 at postmenstrua, intermenstruum, premenstrual phase and menstrual period. The control group of 39 cases only used Diane-35. Three menstrual cycles was a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, the clinical effect, TCM symptom score and total improvement rate were observed, and BBT case, ovulation and other measured indicators of changes in serum FSH, LH, T and so on were detected. Results After a course of treatment, before and after treatment, the clinical effect of TCM symptom score and total improvement rate, BBT situation and serum FSH, LH, T and other indicators of the two groups bad significant changes,and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion TCM four-stage therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, help menstrual cycle recover, promote ovulation and pregnancy, provide ideas and methods for the clinical treatment, and is worthy of promotion. ：
