金芽开胃口服液治疗小儿消化不良的成本效果分析

Cost-Effectiveness of Jinya Kaiwei Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Infantile Dyspepsia

目的对比分析金芽开胃口服液治疗小儿消化不良的成本临床效果。方法随机选取2016年5月—11月经我院诊断并治疗的消化不良患儿154例作为研究对象,采用数字表法将上述患者随机分为药物组1和药物组2,两组各77例。药物组1应用宝儿康糖浆治疗,药物组2应用新工艺生产的金芽开胃口服液药物治疗,分别记录两组患者用药后效果以及成本-效果分析情况,并比较。结果药物组1总有效率(74.03%)明显低于药物组2总有效率(92.21%);药物组1成本-效果分析明显差于药物组2成本-效果分析,均P<0.05,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论应用新工艺生产的金芽开胃口服液治疗小儿消化不良临床效果显著,而且费用较低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of Jinya Kaiwei oral liquid in the treatment of infantile dyspepsia. Methods 154 cases of infantile dyspepsia patients in our hospital from May 2016 to November 2016 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into group one and group two by digital table method, with 77 cases in each group. The group one used Baoerkang syrup. The group two applied new process production Jinya Kaiwei oral liquid. After treatment, effect and cost-effectiveness analysis was compared, respectively. Results The total effective rate （74.03%） of the group one was significantly worse than 92.21% of the group two. Cost effectiveness analysis of group one was significantly worse than that of the group two, P values were less than 0. 05, and the difference was statistically significant between the groups. Conclusion The application of the new technology Jinya Kaiwei oral liquid in the treatment of infantile dyspepsia has obviously clinical effect and low cost, and it is worthy of elinical application.
