补肾逐瘀汤加脐疗对子宫腺肌病痛经的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Bushen Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Umbilical Therapy in the Treatment of Adenomyosis with Dysmenorrhea

目的探讨补肾逐瘀汤配合脐疗治疗子宫腺肌病痛经的临床效果。方法选取我院门诊接受治疗的子宫腺肌病痛经的患者88例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组44例。对照组采用西药米非司酮进行治疗;治疗组采用自拟补肾逐瘀汤配合脐疗方案进行治疗。对比两组药物导致的不良反应,计算并比较两组患者总有效率。结果治疗组出现1例药物不良反应,少于对照组的7例,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为90.9%,高于对照组的70.5%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论应用自拟补肾逐瘀汤配合脐疗方案治疗子宫腺肌病痛经,可以在保证用药安全的同时,提高治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuyu decoction combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of adenomyosis with dysmenorrhea. Methods 88 cases of adenomyosis with dysmenorrheal patients were selected in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with each group 44 cases. The control group was treated with mifepristone treatment. The treatment group was treated with Bushen Zhuyu decoction combined with umbilical therapy. The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, and the total effective rates of the two groups were calculated and compared. Results Tire treatment group had 1 case of adverse drug reaction which was less than 7 cases in the control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.9% which was higher than 70.5% in the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified Bushen Zhuyu decoction combined umbilical therapy in the treatment of adenomyosis with dysmenorrhea can ensure the safety of medication at the same time, and improve the therapeutic effect.
