针灸治疗前列腺肥大的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Prostatic Hypertrophy

目的探究前列腺肥大的针灸治疗临床疗效。方法随机抽选68例于我院进行治疗的前列腺肥大患者,将其平均分成观察组与对照组。给予对照组患者口服中药汤剂进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合实施针灸治疗。结果观察组的I-PSS、QOL评分改善程度明显大于对照组;观察组的总有效率(94.12%)明显高于对照组(76.47%),经检验,得出P<0.05,组间差异均具有统计学意义。结论对前列腺肥大患者采用针灸治疗,不仅能明显改善患者的前列腺症状严重程度,还能显著提升患者的生活质量,该治疗方案具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of prostatic hypertrophy. Methods 68 cases of patients with prostatic hypertrophy in our hospital were randomly selected, and were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given oral Chinese medicine decoction for treatment. The observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion therapy based on the control group. Results The Improvement on I-PSS and QOL score of the observation group was significantly than that of the control group, the total effective rate in the observation group （94. 12% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group values （76.47%） P 〈 0.05, and the differences between groups were statistically significant. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion can not only significantly improve the severity of symptoms of prostate symptoms, but also significantly improve the quality of llfe of patients, and the treatment program has a high clinical value.
