脐疗配合神灯照射治疗痛经的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Umbilical Therapy Combined with TDP in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea

目的观察脐疗配合神灯照射治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床疗效。方法选择属于寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组应用脐疗配合神灯照射进行治疗,对照组应用元胡止痛片口服进行治疗。连用3个月经周期后,比较两组的疗效、中医症候积分改善等情况。结果应用脐疗配合神灯照射治疗痛经疗效优于应用元胡止痛片的疗效,两组患者的总有效率比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对原发性痛经患者脐疗配合神灯照射效果显著。患者依从性好,具有简便、实用、价廉的特点,尤其适合基层医院推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of umbilical therapy combined with TDP in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of coagulated cold and blood stasis type. Methods 60 cases of dysmenorrhea of coagulated cold and blood stasis type patients were divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 eases. The treatment group was given umbilical therapy combined with TDP treatment. The control group received oral Yuanhu Zhitong tablets. After three menstrual cycles, the curative effect of two groups, improvement on TCM symptoms integral and so on and so forth was compared, respectively. Result The umbilical therapy combined with TDP in the treatment of dysmenorrhea was better than the Yuanhu Zhitong tablets in therapeutic effect. The total effective rate was compared P 〈 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of umbilical therapy combined with TDP treatment has better effect, which has good compliance, and has the characteristics of simple, practical and cheap, especially for basic-level hospitals.
