温针灸结合中药蜡疗治疗网球肘的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warming Needle Moxibustion Therapy and Chinese Medicine Wax Therapy in the Treatment of Tennis Elbow

目的观察温针灸结合中药蜡疗治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法 30例患者采用温针灸结合中药蜡疗治疗,观察治疗2个疗程后患者疼痛情况。结果 30例患者经治疗后痊愈9例,显效12例,有效4例,无效5例,总有效率为83.33%;治疗前后疼痛程度比较(P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合中药蜡疗治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion therapy and Chinese medicine wax therapy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods 30 cases of tennis elbow patients were treated with warming needle moxibustion therapy and Chinese medicine wax therapy. The pain of patients after 2 courses of treatment was observed. Result In the 30 cases of tennis elbow patients, 9 cases were cured, 12cases were improved, 4 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the clinical effective rate was 83.33%. Comparing with the degree of pain before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion therapy and Chinese medicine wax therapy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis is significant.
