斑蝥在治疗尖锐湿疣中的作用概述

Effect of Mylabris in Treating Condyloma Acuminatum

尖锐湿疣是由人乳头瘤病毒感染所形成的皮肤赘生物,多见于外生殖器及肛门周围皮肤。中医认为是由于正气不足、邪毒侵犯,日久所形成的有形之癥块。通过对斑蝥的传统作用破血逐瘀,散结消癥,攻毒蚀疮的功效进行阐述,结合其抗病毒、免疫增强的现代药理作用,分析斑蝥在治疗尖锐湿疣中的优势和局限性,为尖锐湿疣的治疗提供新思路。

Condyloma acuminatum （CA） is formed with skin wart by infection of human papillomavirus, which occur in external genitalia and anal areas. The etiology of CA is resulted from deficiency of the vital-qi and pathogen invasion in traditional Chinese medicine, which shapes masses. This article explained the effect of Mylabris in promoting blood circulation, dispersing stagnated mass, eliminating toxic material and corroding pyoeutaneous. Combined with modern pharmacological effect of anti-virus and immune enhancement, advantages and limitations of mylabris were analyzed in treating CA. There will be a new method in treating CA.
