中西医治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作护理分析

Analysis on Nursing of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma with Acute Attack in Children

目的研究并分析护理干预在中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作中的应用效果。方法我院2013年6月—2015年6月期间共收治小儿支气管哮喘患者80例,随机分组,对照组患儿进行常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上进行系统的护理干预,对比两组患儿支气管哮喘发作次数、急诊次数、住院天数、临床护理满意度等指标。结果两组患儿支气管哮喘在发作次数、急诊次数、住院天数方面存在明显差异性(P<0.05);观察组患儿的临床护理满意度为92.5%,对照组患儿的临床护理满意度为77.5%,两组对比,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论给予中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘患者系统的护理干预,不仅有助于降低患儿支气管哮喘发作次数、急诊次数和住院天数,且有助于提升临床护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of bronchial asthma with acute attack in children. Methods 80 cases of bronchial asthma with acute attack in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing care. The observation group was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The bronchial asthma attack frequency, emergency treatment, hospitalization days and clinical nursing satisfaction index was compared. Results The bronchial asthma attack frequency, emergency number, length of hospital stay between the two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group was 92.5% and 77.5% , respectively, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine with systemic nursing intervention in the treatment of bronchial asthma with acute attack in children can not only reduce the bronchial asthma attack frequency, emergency treatment and hospitalization, it is helpful to improve the clinical care satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion.
