摘要
通过自制的低温力化学解联塑化机实现了废橡胶的低温力化学再生,并采用六因素五水平的正交试验,考察了工艺参数对废橡胶再生效果的影响。结果表明,在95℃左右的低温条件下可实现废橡胶的再生;当剪切混炼时间为7 min、剪切混炼装置转子转速为50 r/min、填充系数为0.7、上顶栓压力为0.8 MPa、上冷却水温度和解联塑化装置冷却水温度分别为35~40℃和35℃时,所制得再生胶的门尼黏度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、扯断伸长率分别为62.50、15.48 MPa、55.17 kN/m和455.9%。
The regeneration of waste rubber was realized by low-temperature mechanochemical de- crosslinking plasticator, and influences of technolog- ical parameters on regeneration effect of waste rubber were investigated by orthogonal experiment with six factors and five levels. The results showed that regen- eration of waste rubber was realized at a low tempera- ture of about 95 ℃. When the optimum technological conditions were shear mixing time 7 min, rotational speed of shear mixing device 50 r/min, fill factor 0. 7, ram piston pressure 0. 8 MPa, temperature of mixer cooling water 35 -40 ℃, temperature of extru- der cooling water 35 ℃, the Mooney viscosity, ten- sile strength, tear strength and elongation at break of regenerated rubber 55.17 kN/m, 455.9% was 62. 50, 15.48 MPa, respectively.
