摘要
以单甲基丙烯酸锌(HZMMA)和炭黑并用为增强剂,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为硫化剂,制备了HZMMA增强氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)复合材料,采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了不同升温速率下的硫化反应动力学,拟合了硫化动力学参数,确定了最佳硫化条件,考察了硫化条件对HZMMA增强HNBR复合材料物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,HZMMA增强HNBR体系的硫化反应级数为0.95,表观活化能为123.59 kJ/mol,最佳硫化反应温度和时间分别为165℃、17 min,在此硫化条件下制得的HZMMA增强HNBR复合材料的拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、扯断伸长率及永久变形可分别达到27.6 MPa、17.8MPa、160%、2.5%。
The hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) composites were prepared with blends of hydroxyl zinc mono-methacrylate (HZMMA) and carbon black as reinforcer, dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as vulcanizing agent. Vulcanization kinetics were studied by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) at different heating rates, the ki- netic parameters were fitted, the optimum curing conditions were determined, and the effects of curing conditions on the mechanical properties of HNBR composites reinforced with HZMMA were investiga- ted. The results showed that the reaction order of the vulcanization of the system was 0.95, the apparent activation energy was 123.59 kJ/mol, and the opti- mal vulcanization temperature and time were 165 ℃ and 17 min respectively. Under the optimal vulcani- zation conditions, the tensile strength, modulus at 100%, elongation at break and permanent set of HNBR composites reinforced with HZMMA were 27.6 MPa, 17.8 MPa, 160% , 2.5% respectively.
