某型装备动力传动系统监测方法与监测设备设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对某型装备技术状况监测水平较低、缺乏车载自动化监测设备的问题,以动力传动系统为研究对象,设计技术状况监测方案,建立基于多参数的技术状况监测评估模型,并开发技术状态监测和评估诊断软件平台及状态信息管理数据库;研发嵌入式的在线机内监测装置,由驾驶员显示终端、主控机、工况参数监测模块、发动机监测模块、变速箱监测模块和传动箱监测模块构成,能够实现动力传动系统状态信息的自动化监测、诊断与评估,为装备的使用和维修保障提供技术手段。试验分析表明:该监测装置可靠实用,监测方法准确有效。 In consideration of the low level of technical condition monitoring and lacking of vehicle -mounted automated monitoring d e v ic e , this paper, focusing on the power drive system as research objec t, designed a technical condition monitoring program, established technical condition monitoring and evaluation model based on multi - parameters, developed power drive system technical conditions monitoring and evaluation diagnostic software platform and status information management database,as well as developed embedded online device monitoring device consisted of driver display terminal, main host, condition parameters monitoring module, engine monitoring module, gearbox monitoring module and drive case monitoring module, being capable of automatically monitoring,diagnosing and evaluating the power drive system status information and contributing to technical means for equipment use and maintenance. The results show that such monitoring system is reliable and practical with accurate and valid monitoring methods.
