山地低碳复合城市规划策略研究--悦来生态城规划模式

COMPOSITE CITY PLANNING STRATEGIES OF MOUNTAIN LOW-CARBON CITY: A CASE STUDY OF YUELAI ECO-CITY

低碳生态城市是当前城市建设的主要方向,也已成为城市的主要规划模式。但目前我国生态城市建设仍处于起步阶段,并没有一套完整的方法与策略可以全面指导生态城市的建设。本文结合悦来生态城规划模式,从复合利用、集约高效的角度探索山地型复合生态城规划策略,力求探索出一些符合山地城市特点、适应山地条件、在城市开发中具有一定推广价值的规划策略。

Currently, low-carbon eco-city is the main direction of urban construction, and has become the main mode of urban planning. But China＇s current construction of ecological city is still in its infancy, there is still a long way to go. Throughout the experience in building green ecological city over the country, the method does not have a complete and comprehensive guide to the current policy that can be used for eco-city construction. Around the eco- city social, economic and natural conditions are quite different and cannot be fully replicated. With a case study on Yuelai eco-city planning, this article explores mountain composite eco-city planning strategies from the composite use, intensive and efficient point of view, and strives to explore some planning strategies that are in line with the characteristics of the mountain cities and of promotable values in urban development.
