协青早B//协青早B/东乡野生稻BC_1F_(13)群体及若干杂交稻恢复系低氮耐性鉴定

Identification Low Nitrogen Tolerance of XieqingzaoB//XieqingzaoB/Dongxiang wild Rice BC_1F_(13) Populations and Some Restorers of Hybricl Rice

为充分挖掘野生稻的有利基因,改良恢复系,减少水稻的氮肥施用量,采用大田初筛和桶栽复筛相结合的方法,对88份协青早B//协青早B/东乡野生稻BC_1F_(13)株系和11份恢复系材料进行低氮耐性鉴定。大田初筛以单株有效穗数、结实率、生物产量、单株产量4个对氮素反应敏感指标的平均隶属函数值对供试材料进行评价,得出20份低氮耐性强,44份中间型和35份敏感型的材料。根据育种需要,从低氮耐性强和中间型材料中选取4份恢复系、6份协青早B//协青早B/东乡野生稻BC_1F_(13)株系材料进行桶栽,对其低氮耐性进行进一步鉴定。同样以上述4个指标为鉴定基础,根据平均隶属函数值筛选出5个强耐型材料(GP9、GP62、GP172、GP175、GP182)和1个敏感型材料(GP90)。

In order to fully exploit the favorable genes of wild rice,the improved restorer lines were used to reduce the amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied to rice. The combination of field primary screening and barrel planting rescreening were used.The low nitrogen tolerance of 88 XieqingzaoB//XieqingzaoB/Dongxiang wild rice BC1F13 and 11 restorer lines was identified.Field screening for the number of effective panicle per plant,seed setting rate,the average value of the membership function of biological yield,grain yield per plant four nitrogen sensitive indicators of the type of the material were evaluated,20 materials of strong nitrogen tolerance,44 of intermediate nitrogen tolerance,and 35 sensitive materials were obtained.4 restore,six strains of XieqingzaoB//XieqingzaoB/Dongxiang wild rice BC1F13 were selected for barrel planting to identify their low nitrogen tolerance.Based on the above four indicators and the average value of the membership function 5 strong tolerant materials（ GP9,GP62,GP172,GP175,GP182） and 1 sensitive material（ GP90） were screened.
