我国差别化涤纶长丝发展近况及发展趋势

Current situation and development trend of differential polyester filament in China

介绍了我国差别化涤纶长丝的发展概况,从高仿真差别化纤维(细旦化、异截面化、异收缩、异线密度、混纤丝、复合纤维)、新型功能化纤维等方面介绍了"十一五"期间差别化涤纶长丝的开发。从高性能差别化(超仿棉、超仿毛、超仿丝、超仿麻)、超细旦化、功能化(异形细旦吸湿排汗、异收缩复合聚酯纤维、原液着色、循环再生)等方面介绍了"十二五"期间差别化涤纶长丝的开发。介绍了我国差别化涤纶长丝生产技术的发展情况,指出了我国差别化涤纶长丝工业存在的品种单一、规格少、无突出特点等问题,对2005~2015年我国涤纶长丝差别化产品及产量进行了统计。针对发展规划与市场需求,对涤纶长丝差别化发展趋势进行预测,指出,近期我国涤纶长丝差别化开发品种应侧重于原液着色、功能性纤维和绿色纤维和新型聚酯纤维。

The development of differential polyester filament during the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ was introduced from the aspects of high simulation of differential fiber （ fine denier, special cross-section, different shrinkage, different linear density, blended filament yarn, composite fiber）, the new functional fiber etc. The development of differen- tial polyester filament during the＂ Twelfth Five-Year＂ was introduced from the aspects of high-performance differenti- al （ultra-imitation cotton, ultra-imitation wool, ultra-imitation silk, ultra-imitation linen）, ultra-fine denier, func- tional （profiled fine denier moisture absorption and sweet dischargeable fiber, different shrinkage composite polyes- ter fiber, dope dyed fiber, recycled fiber） . The polyester filament differential products and production in China from 2005 to 2015 were statistics. According to the development plan and the market demand, the differential de- velopment trend of polyester filament is forecasted. It is pointed out that the development of polyester filament in China should focus on the dope dyed fiber, functional fiber, green fiber and new polyester fiber.
