摘要
在Oerlikon Barmage FK-1000V机上加工半光圆孔133 dtex/144 f PET-POY,加工速度提到850 m/min时,加弹张力CV波动超出设定值造成产品降等多,严重影响DTY的AA率。前纺通过对熔体黏度、喷丝板结构、风筒规格的试验,后纺通过对DR、张力CV控制的优化,最终找到了解决加弹张力CV异常的处理办法。
The half bright round hole 133 dtex/144 f PET-POY was processed in the Oerlikon Barmag eFK-1000V machine. When the processing speed up to 850 m/min, the elastic tension CV fluctuation exceeds the set value, which caused the product degradation and so on, seriously affecting the DTY AA rate. Through the test of melt viscosity, spinneret structure, hair dryer specifications in the fore-spinning, by the control optimization of DR, tension CV in after spinning, finally a solution to the elastic tension CV abnormal processing was founded.
