流动儿童的教育困境及其对策分析——基于北京HC打工子弟学校的服务与观察

The Education Plight of Migrant Children and Its Strategy:Based on the Service and Observation of Beijing HC School for Migrant Children

流动儿童的教育问题是我国城镇化和工业化背景下凸显出的重要问题。基于对北京一所打工子弟学校的长期社工服务和观察,可以发现流动儿童教育存在的四个问题:流动性和间断性、教育质量偏低、初中毕业后的继续教育困境和家庭教育的畸形与缺失。产生这些问题的主要原因,主要涉及制度层面的限制、家庭经济地位和农民工个体素质等因素。改善流动儿童的教育状况,需要针对这些教育问题进行多方位的思考。

Education of migrant children is an important issue under the background of our country urbanization and industrialization in China. Based on the long-term social work service and observation in a schoolfor migrant children, the author finds four problems about the education of migrant children: the mobility and in-termittent of education, low quality of education, continuing education problem after middle school, the deformity and lack of family education. The factors of causing these problems mainly involve the institutions, economicstatus and individual quantity of the migrant workers. To improve the migrant children education, all-round consideration towards these education problems are necessary.
