中国传统诚信伦理的困境与现代转换——基于中西方伦理文化比较的视野

Crisis of Traditional Chinese Ethics and its Modern Transformation:A Comparative Perspective

从中西方伦理文化比较的视野看,中国传统诚信重情理轻法理,西方诚信重制度约束,但缺乏对主体人格方面的要求,两者可优势互补。为更好地应对现代化进程中所遭遇的诚信危机,我国诚信伦理道德体系的重构,应继承和发扬中国传统诚信伦理的优点,实现传统诚信观念的现代转型;应引入西方的契约精神,从封闭诚信走向开放诚信;应重视工具理性和价值理性的结合,建构现代的诚信价值。

From a comparative perspective, Chinese traditional ethics values human relationships but despisesthe jurisprudence, while the western ethics obeys the established system but overlooks personality. They arecomplementary to each other. To deal with the credit crisis occurring in the process towards modernization ,Chinese ethics should be revitalized, attaching more importance to the strength of the traditional values and theSpirit Contract of the west , encouraging an open and fair system of integrity to replace the old closed practice ,and combining the instrumental rationality and value rationality in the construction of modern value ofintegrity.
