坦索罗辛减少双J管置入术后并发症效果观察

Therapeutic effects of tamsulosin in reducing double J stent-related complications

目的:探讨坦索罗辛减少双J管置入术后相关并发症的疗效。方法:选取78例肾脏或输尿管结石行手术治疗的患者,术后均留置双J管4周,随机分成2组。观察组41例,术后口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊,每日1次,每次0.2 mg,至返院拔管前1天停药。对照组37例,术后未予以任何类似药物。比较2组因留置双J管引起的并发症包括腰腹痛、肉眼血尿、膀胱刺激征、泌尿系感染、双J管移位的发生率。结果:观察组中膀胱刺激征、肉眼血尿、腰腹痛、泌尿系感染的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组双J管移位的发生率与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸坦索罗辛能有效降低双J管置入术后相关并发症的发生率。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of tamsulosin in reducing double J stent-related complications. Methods ： 78 patients with indwelling double J stent after operation for renal or ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups. 41 cases in the observation group took 0.2 mg of tamsulosin hydrochloride spansule once daily till the day before the extubation of double J stent,while 37 cases in the control group did not take any similar drugs after operation. The incidence of double J stent-related complications including lumbago or abdominal pain,gross hematuria,bladder irritation symptoms,urinary system infection and double J stent migration were compared between the twogroups. Results ： The incidences of bladder irritation symptoms,gross hematuria,lumbago or abdominal pain,and urinary system infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）; there was no significant difference in the migration rate of double J stent between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Tamsulosin can effectively reduce the incidence of double J stent-related complications.
