脊柱结核患者血清OPN和INF-γ表达的意义

Significance of serum OPN and INF-γ levels in patients with spinal tuberculosis

目的:通过检测脊柱结核患者血清中骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)和干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,INF-γ)的表达水平,以探讨其临床意义。方法:选择在2016年4—8月期间住院治疗的51例脊柱结核患者作为观察组,选择同期63名健康体检者作为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测并比较2组受试者外周血血清OPN和INF-γ的表达水平,分析观察组血清OPN和INF-γ水平的相关性。结果:观察组血清OPN和INF-γ的表达水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组血清OPN和INF-γ的表达含量不存在线性相关(P>0.05)。结论:脊柱结核患者血清OPN和INF-γ的表达水平升高,提示其可能参与脊柱结核的免疫调节。

Objective： To detect the serum levels of osteopontin （OPN） and interferon-γ（INF-γ） in patients with spinal tuberculosis,and to explore its clinical significance. Methods： From April 2016 to August 2016,51 cases of hospitalized spinal tuberculosis wee chosen as observation group and 63 healthy subjects wee chosen as control group. The serum levels of OPN and INF-γ were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA） . Differences of OPN and INF-γ levels were compared between the two groups,and the linear correlation between OPN and INF-7levels were analyzed in the obseration group. Results ： The serum levels of OPN and INF-γ in the observation group w,ere significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈0.01） . There w,as no linear correlation betw,een serum OPN and INF-γlevels in the observation group（P 〉0.05 ） . Conclusion： The expression of serum OPN and INF--γ are increased in patients with spinal tuberculosis,which suggests that they may be involved in the immune regulation of spinal tuberculosis.
