页岩气开发大气环境影响与美国管理经验及启示 被引量:4

摘要 页岩气开发对大气环境的影响不容忽视,基于页岩气开发过程的工程分析和对美国相关研究的调查,分析了页岩气开发过程中甲烷、挥发性有机物(VOCs)和常规空气污染物的排放途径、排放水平及其潜在环境影响;并结合美国页岩气开发大气污染物控制的先进管理经验和防治技术,针对我国在该方面存在的不足,提出了完善页岩气开发大气污染物排放和管理制度、加强污染防治技术的研发和推广、制定污染控制技术实施规范和标准以及加强开发区域大气环境质量的跟踪监测等建议。 Atmospheric environmental impact in shale gas exploration is worthy of attention. Based on engineering analysis and investigation of related research in the United States, this paper analyzed the emission pathways, emission levels and their potential environmental impact of methane, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and conventional air pollutants in shale gas exploration. In addition, combined with the advanced management experience and pollution control technology in the United States, this paper put forward the following suggestions: improving the pollutants emission management system in shale gas exploration, promoting the development and usage of pollution control technology, establishing the implementation norms and standards, strengthening the monitoring of regional atmospheric environmental quality, etc.
