摘要
根据近几年对军民合用机场开展验收监测的实际情况及经验,从机场噪声环境影响预测、验收监测等方面,探讨我国军民合用机场噪声监测技术存在的主要问题和发展方向,认为按一周L_(WECPN)评价并不能完全反映军用飞机噪声的环境影响,建议增加L_(Amax)评价指标,并制定适用于军民合用机场的环评导则和验收技术规范,同时对加强军民合用机场噪声预测监测及治理工作给出了对策建议。
According to the actual situation and experience of the inspection and monitoring of civil-military airports in recent years, this paper discussed the main problems and development trend of noise monitoring technology of civil-military airports in China from the aspects of airport noise environmental impact prediction and inspection monitoring. If it’s based on the calculation of LWECPN a week,the environmental impact of military aircraft noise cannot be accurately evaluated. It is recommended to increase the LAmax evaluation criteria, and develop guidelines for environmental impact assessment and inspection of civil-military airports. The results provided a reference for the noise control work at civil-military airports.
